Knowledge and Experience Make the Difference CS & Associates brings together 20 years of public works construction knowledge and practical experience in the field of labor compliance program administration. As a premier LCP administration specialist based in Culver City, California, we have conducted and administered LCP's for more than 20 school districts, community college districts, and public agencies since the passage of AB 1506 in 2002. With our exclusive focus on LCPs for school district and agency public works construction projects, we are well versed in every aspect of the daily operations of LCPs, from administering all elements of an LCP to the enforcement of prevailing wages. All of our staff have successfully initiated, operated, and enforced all aspects of an LCP, having pioneered and implemented the first DIR-approved LCP for the largest school district in California, the Los Angeles Unified School District. The program has served as a model LCP for other entities conducting these programs throughout the state. We pride ourselves in being sensitive to the needs of school districts and the administrative needs of public agencies, adapting our approach and program requirements to achieve compliance with minimal impact to the educational process and/or functioning environment of the respective agency. |
